The 30-Hour OSHA Construction Training is a classroom-based course designed to meet OSHA’s safety education standards for construction professionals. This program is required for all workers and supervisors seeking their NYC SST card under Local Law 196 and is ideal for anyone working on large-scale job sites.
Led by certified safety instructors, this immersive in-person course covers essential topics in site safety, hazard identification, OSHA compliance, and emergency response. Students benefit from real-time discussion, expert guidance, and hands-on engagement not available in online formats.

Upon successful completion, participants receive an official OSHA 30 card, which is recognized nationwide and required for completing SST Worker or SST Supervisor pathways in New York City.
Safety Advisory is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and authorized to issue CEUs that meet the ANSI/IACET 1-2018 Standard. To Receive CEU Credit:
- Complete all required training hours
- Pass all course assessments (where applicable)
- Submit valid ID and complete registration
- Participate in all required components of the course
Your CEU hours are listed on each course page. A digital certificate with CEU credit will be issued upon successful completion.
Upon completing all required training courses to meet NYC SST requirements, you will be eligible to receive your official SST card. Please note: The SST card is not automatically included and must be requested separately. To process your card, you must provide valid identification, a photo, and ensure all registration information is complete including submission of the required registration form.
